And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from total-time mother and grandmother to complete-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived the majority of her lifestyle in Lebanon. for thus extensive, she cherished testing her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't depart her residence’s nest right up until Zali made available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown pleasure and fervour for cooking are for yourself and the world to taste!

We connect with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a variety of handmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can get and try.
