Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived the vast majority of her existence in Lebanon. for therefore extended, she beloved screening her have recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not leave her house’s nest until Zali provided her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and keenness for cooking are for you personally and the planet to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors that have designed the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You may take some of them back house!
We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: various do-it-yourself jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to obtain and try. These are well prepared by our chef or produced by farmers again property. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese tradition of preserving foods through the seasons.
